28th June 2006 - John McElderry Ltd is represented at the 100th anniversary of Saatzucht Josef Breun

We congratulate Saatzucht Josef Breun GdbR on their 100th anniversary!

On the 28th of June, Saatzucht Josef Breun invited a number of prominent guests to celebrate their centennial. Among the congratulators were personalities like the former EU Commissioner for Agriculture Dr Franz Fischler, the CEO of the BayWa AG Mr Wolfgang Deml and Dr Kartz von Kameke, Chairman of the Association of German Plant Breeders.

Saatzucht Josef Breun GdbR from Herzogenaurach, Germany is a family business much like John McElderry Ltd. They are the breeders of award winning varieties of barley and wheat, such as Aura, Alexis (winner of the Thompson Perpetual Challenge Trophy, National Malting Barley Competition 1992), Scarlett, Barke, Marnie (all spring barleys), Angora, Tiffany, Vanessa, Antalya (winter barleys) and winter wheat varieties like Apollo, Record and Champion.

John McElderry Ltd was invited to the two day long celebration and represented there by Mr Martin Gaebelein, Export Executive of John McElderry Ltd.

John McElderry (Motors & Tractors) Ltd represented at the worlds biggest trade show for used machinery

From the 26th to the 28th April 2006, John McElderry Ltd was represented with it's own stand at the RESALE 2006, the 12th International Trade Fair for Used Machinery and Equipment in Karlsruhe, Germany.

RESALE 2006, the "worldwide no. 1 in the used machinery market", was visited by 9.672 visitors from 110 countries. The show hosted a total of 546 exhibitors from 28 countries.
